Winter Course: 7 January 2019 – 18 January 2019 (2.5 EC)
During the Winter Course we invite students and professors from partner universities abroad to visit our university for a short two week project in the Netherlands. Together we visit a number of Dutch organizations (both for- and not-for-profit), government institutions such as the European Parliament in Brussels, and lobby organizations. We also visit some interesting places in the Netherlands, such as the Open Air Museum in Arnhem and the province of Zeeland where the Dutch’s struggle with the sea can be experienced.
This experience is built up with students from a variety of nationalities and cultures, which gives an extra in collaborating outside the comfort zone of your own life. Participants form previous Winter courses came from USA, Canada, Korea, Romania, as well as Dutch students from CHE.
At the same time this minor takes place, there is also an International Communication semester happening. Some of the abovementioned courses are given together. This also means that students can participate in Communication courses.
