31 October 2013

Company visits are very essential to the project and therefore highly appreciated...

At first the students received an introduction of the TRW-company...

There was a very interesting tour through the factory - no pictures allowed...;-(

Once back in the training centre, different models of steering wheels were presented...

Imagine, having a steering wheel of a Rolls Royce in your hands...!

How is this related to International HR...? Alot of questions were asked...

For recruitement and selection a mixed group attended a workshop of the Bosch Company...

Very extensive questions were answered and outlined...

A few times comparisons were made between the Dutch and Romanian contexts...

The Project Director was very strong in his statements and it was very instructive to notice...

The Lideea Company had its office in an appartment, which was very cost-effective...

Despite the fact that so many people were involved in this group, they worked very productive...

In sub-groups the students defined the specifics for the country they represented...

It was a very creative and thoughtful process...

The final editing was done by a representative of each sub-group...!

In the evening the students were still busy in preparing the presentation for the next day...

Is this called a "pressure cooker" method....?
